My provider Donnsay was EXCELLENT in every area!

After my PA of over 20 years left, I knew I'd never find another that understood me and had all the knowledge that she did. Donnay proved me wrong and I am so happy about it! Donnay is very thorough, efficient, and even things I go to an Orthopedic specialist for, if I need to "bounce something off her" Donnay is VERY knowledgeable and will explain it so I can understand. I can't say enough great, positive things about Donnay!

This really is a great office. Any Physician I've ever seen here has been Awesome. Donnay is my Primary and I saw her today. I am so glad that she is my Physician. I ALWAYS leave feeling and knowing that she is fully aware of what's going on and she describes things perfectly. Like always I left yesterday knowing/feeling I was in Great Hands. I trust Donnay, I trust this office, I trust the nurses and everyone there. They are the Best! It really is a great comfort knowing I have a place I can go when I feel bad and to make sure I stay healthy.

The union cross location is fabulous. No complaints.

They took me in 45 minutes after my call. I often wait several days. The provider is excellent and her assistant is as well.

This office has always been professional, caring, courteous, and efficient. Donnay Elkin is up to date on her professional knowledge. She listens, offers information and a plan of care, and takes time to talk with me.

I saw Joe the PA. His medical assistant was dismissive regarding what I needed to discuss. I’ve been sick for a month and with new symptoms Joe didn’t seem to care to listen about my current issues. I wasn’t checked for Covid or strep after I told him that I felt like I had strep. I just got over pneumonia and still have a wet cough and he didn’t do any further X-rays. I was very disappointed about the care I received today.

I felt such a relief after my visit with Donnay Elkins. All my questions and concerns were addressed, she made sure I understood everything and that we are on the same page with my health care. I really feel like my stress was gone just after this first visit. Also, the nurse, Alex, was very good, and he easy to talk to, even about “women problems”. The front desk associates, when I checked in and again checking out were great as well, very kind and efficient. Just an all over wonderful visit.

Everything good no complaints

I’m so thankful that I have a provider that cares about her patients, however it’s so hard to get an appointment with her now because of all of the new clients. Is there anything that can be done for the long time patients of a provider versus new ones? It’s seems new patients get more priority!

I’ve seen three providers at this office, and they have all been exceptional. I feel well cared for here, and I am fortunate to have found this practice.

I absolutely love my PCP, Donnay. She has taken great care of me since 2016 and I will remain with her until she retires! Rachel is always great. She remembered to ask me about my new grandbaby, as the last time I was there, I was eagerly awaiting her arrival. Jazmine and the lab person (can't remember her name) worked together to get my blood. The people in this office work well together and they care about their patients.

From the beginning until I left the office, everyone was friendly and courteous. The doctor listened carefully and showed genuine interest in making sure that I would feel better. This was not a regular appointment. Thank you for everything.
