My experiences at Novant Health Pilot Mountain has always been helpful to me

This facility has a great group of people in all departments. I have always been treated with kindness, friendliness, and respect. I really appreciate this facility being in Pilot Mountain and highly recommend it.

The front office staff is friendly and warm to everyone who walks through their doors. The staff is efficient and organized. Amanda Draughn is caring and takes her time to address any questions and concerns. She and her staff are professional in every aspect of their job. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a pcp.

Everybody was great in and out really quick really appreciate the professionalism

Acquiring a new physician and practice are daunting tasks, however, Amanda and the Pilot Mtn team were amazing. She spent a lot of time with me and thoroughly talked things over with me. Any fears I had of switching providers was gone within a few minutes of entering the facility.

Great Doctor and the great staff. I think they are very good people all of them. They respect everyone. My kind of Doctors and Nurses and staff.

The nurse and practitioner were both very nice and took care cleaning my wound, checking it out, and bandaging it. The practitioner told me how to clean it and take care of it and what to expect as it healed. She also told me what to watch for and come back or contact if it wasn’t healing well or anything didn’t seem right. They were both great

I had an appt with Chrystal D Arrington based on her profile, it was switched to Amanda B Draughn with out notification. I also asked for my prescriptions to be filled in a specific manner, not sure if Amanda did not understand or if Walgreens messed up. I would have been more than happy to stop by before my appt to do blood work and sign the eform to allow mychart to be updated prior to the Appt. It would have made for a better first appt.

I can say, I was very well taken care of. Thank you so much.

Amanda Draughn has always gone out of her way to give me plenty of time to get information that I wanted regarding my healthcare. I never feel rushed.

I am fairly new to this facility since my prior doctor in Winston-Salem closed his practice. This is my second time going to Amanda for a checkup, and I have been very pleased with her and everyone there. I will definitely recommend her and the facility to my friends here in Pilot Mountain.

I was seen by Amanda Draughn, FNP, who was excellent and has communicated with me since via the message service in My Novant as well as commenting on test results. She was assisted by a new nurse (I’m sorry I can’t recall her name) who was also very good.

Was able to get a appointment within a few hours of calling and upon arrival only had to wait a few minutes. It was awesome.
