From walking up to the desk I was welcomed and cared for from all staff every one was great

Bailey was exceptional. She had notes where she had thoroughly reviewed my chart and information. She was possibly the most prepared provider I've seen in a long time. The exam and her questions to understand my health were excellent. I was very impressed.

I enjoyed getting to know my provider and learning some new things about my body. She was very helpful and supportive.

Bailey was great! I will continue to see her for all of my obgyn needs!

Bailey is absolutely amazing! I have been going to harbor point for a few years now, but I’ve never been truly happy with the providers. Once I found out I was pregnant I was planning on finding a new provider/doctor’s office. Luckily, I scheduled an appointment with Bailey only because she had a 7 am opening. I have tired to make ALL of my prenatal care appointments with her. She has been absolutely amazing! She has great bed side manner, takes time to listen to all my questions/concerns, and has a great attitude. All of the other providers I have seen (I usually see a different provider every visit) seem like they are in a rush to get me out of the office and don’t seem personable. Bringing Bailey to the Novant team was an excellent decision. I can not say how grateful I am to finally find a provider I truly like and feel like I can trust for the first time in about the 10 years I have been going to the Denver location.

I came to this specific office because I was having bad service at Another novant obgyn location and they absolutely made me feel like I made the best choice. The office is clean. Everyone is nice and I trust them with me and by baby's healthxlcare.

The team was absolutely amazing. All the Dr’s, PA’s, nurses and technicians are great at Novant.

Summer and Stephanie and Bailey and the ultrasound tech and everyone was wonderful. It may have been a sucky situation but Summer made sure to get me in quick and got me taken care of throughout. And Bailey was wonderful and I truly feel like she cared about me and what was going on.

My whole experience was very good. I was treated for my condition and received instructions and meds. The only thing I would add would be where to report allergy to medication. I'm hoping I can report this on my chart as this is not my regular practitioner.

I've been so impressed by level of care and caring that has been provided to me by all of the Novant team members I've had contact with.

I'd like to preface this with saying I have never liked doctors visits, I have never felt comfortable, listened to or taken seriously. This visit was the antithesis of those expectations being furthered. From start to finish I was treated kindly, respectfully and fairly. Summer who checked me in and out went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed. My provider took time to make sure every question and concern I had was answered and her attention to detail was thorough. Not only did she ensure that I was given every option to make Informed decisions on my care and future plans. I really can't say enough good things about this visit.
