Oct 2024I like Dr. Odunusi and all the people at Coastal Pulmonary. But the workings of the office are the worst in town! It's hard to call and get to talk to a person. They say to go on MyChart and ask for an appointment or ask a question. But they never respond. I was ready to pay my copay as I was checking out, but I was told that they don’t take payments anymore. What? The way this office operates gets a score of 1 or 0! The way the office operates needs to be re-done.
