Dr. Mistrot was WONDERFUL!! He's young, smart, and forthright in his conversation regarding a delicate subject. Made me feel very comfortable all the way around. If I choose to move forward with a procedure I will DEFINITELY come back to HIM!!

Dr. Mistrot was excellent! My condition is unusual and he was able to get enough information in time for my appointment to inform and advise me. He and his nurse put me at ease during the examination.

Dr. Mistrot is a compassionate , intelligent physician that connects to his patients and makes them feel like family . You have his undivided attention during your appointments . Any potential embarrassment with the rectal exam / assessment is minimized and handled with care . Dr. Mistrot is the absolute best. We are lucky he has focused his practice on an area of medicine that has seen increasing rates of cancers at much younger ages. Hopefully he will continue to mitigate this trend.

I believe I didn't have a good experience mostly because the interpreter I had was not very good at interpreting everything in the appointment in full. I believe it caused more confusion and frustration than was needed. I wish you did not require an office appointed interpreter. I feel more comfortable with my spouse interpreting for me than using a "professional interpreter".

This was my 1st experience with Colorectal Clinic and I was impressed with whole experience. Christine at reception area was very patient friendly and this was my 1st experience with new Dr and I was very comfortable with diagnosis.

Need more time to explain my circumstances and work towards an effective treatment strategy. Now I will have to ask questions back and forth through the chat/message feature. Not ideal.

Sensitive matter but discussed in a comfortable way. Doctor made it pleasant in a light hearted manner.

Liked the Dr. a lot! He was not pushy at all and let my husband who is very stubborn make his own decision which may have not been the right one but he’s that kind of Man! He did tell him if he got into trouble he would be there if he needs him and I appreciate that! This is his wife! Thanks

I appreciate treating me as I presented. The information and recommendations made sense to what I was experiencing. The doctors met me where I was to effectively communicate and understand my concerns. I have a reasonable treatment plan I agree with. He also took time to answer my questions and educate me on at home care and healthy routine

From the receptionist nurse and especially the physician, I was treated with compassion and respect! All of my questions were answered by the physician who took his time explaining everything to me! We even walked through my CT scan and he explained my condition.
