My endocrinologist, Dr Yesaulava, gave me more than the 15 minutes I hope to at least get. She answered all my questions with great answers. Her RN Nikki also gave me great answers about my prescriptions. It was a great appointment.

Dr Yesaulava and her staff did a wonderful job making me feel like a person, and not some account number. Dr Y listened very carefully to the symptoms I explained to her, and she responded with a plan of care and treatment for the future. I would recommend anyone with endocrinology problems, to give Dr Y and her group at Novant Internal Medicine a call for an appointment to take care of your medical needs.

I really enjoy doctor Y. She quickly understands what you do know and helps you on the information you don't know. Dad left appointment confident what I needed to get taken care of.

I was very impressed with Dr. Y. I am definitely confident in her care. All nurses and staff were very friendly and caring.

I was so please with Dr. L she explained everything to me answered and questions we had. She never rushed us. I felt good knowing what my condition is and how to take care of it.

This is an outstanding physician. I look forward to seeing her every time, and enjoy my time with her. I’m a 75 y/o physician myself, and have seen lots of other doctors over the years, but never have I felt the warmth and reciprocity that I feel with her. And this is a consistent experience with her each time.

The staff and the Doctor were very respectful and good at their jobs. Very nice place with friendly staff who made you feel comfortable.

Dr. Y is a very knowledgeable, caring and personable. She takes her time and listens as well as works hard to find something that will work even when there is no clear solution to the many symptoms I have. She is also very responsive to messages on MyChart. I do think she needs at least one more Doctor to support her in the practice. ???? She is a 5 Star ????

Excellent doctor

Had to wait 20 to 25 minutes after seeing the doctor before they took blood. I was told I was next in line and wait in the waiting room. I had to get up and go to check in window and ask them to check on when I was going to be called. I was there totally for 1 1/2 hours. I saw the doctor quickly, but had to wait a long time for the blood to be drawn. Very disappointed with this procedure. They should have more than 1 person drawing blood.

I just love this doctor. She is a good listener and knows exactly how to answer my questions. She doesn’t make me feel like she’s in a rush. She is a very caring doctor.

I had a good visit with the doctor but the lab waiting situation really upset me. Its a quick lab that should've been in and out. After telling me I was next and sending me to wait, I was never put on the list and was never called in. I understand that could've been a mistake but it seems like there had to be more than one person that knew I was waiting. The fact that I was simply told that it was someone's fault and I had no options but to wait more or do it another time, was really not making me feel any better, since I wanted for over 30 minutes already. It was a very frustrating waste of more than 40 minutes. If I had no one waiting for me, it wouldn't have been as much of an issue.
