Since the schedule of my appointment I treated perfectly, they went above and beyond to schedule my appointment as soon as possible and the staff on the day of the visit made me feel like royalty, that’s how good they are, Doctor McDonald gave the peace of mind I needed and explained everything with detail to me. I truly recommend this doctor and facility.

Dr. McDonald is an amazing provider I trust him explicitly with my care and treatment. Leslie, his assistant was also amazing. They are both very kind and compassionate.

Dr MacDonald has been my doctor for about 12 years. I have been very satisfied with him. Lucky to have him! Actually, I think he’s terrific. He has taken good care of me. He has a good “bedside manner.” He explains everything and answers any questions I might have. I would recommend him highly.

Dr. McDonald immediately put my mind at ease. Not only did he calm my nerves, he also calmed my family’s nerves. He was very thorough in explaining why I was referred to him. He took his time explaining and answering any questions that I had. He has the best bedside manner that I have ever seen in a Provider. You can truly tell that he cares about women’s health. I would highly recommend him to others. The staff and nurses were also excellent. They were very warm and friendly from the time my appointment was scheduled, to the time I arrived at the receptionist desk to the time I left. I would highly recommend Novant to anyone.

There appears to be a lot of respect between the doctor and the staff. Always a good sign for a healthy practice, as it trickles down to the patients.
