I had a question and called back the next day. My call was returned promptly with a detailed solution to my question. Dr. Nichols was very pleasant and discussed my treatment expectations. Kathleen was my RN and she was very polite and answered all of my questions.

The entire staff was always professional and knowledgeable during each visit. Novant Health should be proud to have employees like this.
