Dr. Craig does a great job, listening to my complaints and offering different options and treatment plans. I really respect his opinion and he has a wonderful demeanor and "bedside manner" so to speak. I hope he is my doctor for many years to come.

This team has been very responsive to my needs, even when I was out of town recently.

Overall experience was great. The only con was that I had to wait 45 minutes in all between the waiting room and patient room to see my doctor, otherwise the visit was good. This is the 2nd time that I have had to wait a pretty long time.

It was a seamless process going from hospital to follow up care. Having moved here from Arizona and new to Novant, I needed a PCP and other specialty areas for complex medical issues. I couldn't be happier with my PCP or the whole Novant community so far. For some reason I feel there is a Nurse shortage however.
