Dr. Smith is the best. He and his team. I had him as my doctor for years before moving to Florida. I have a complicated case and I drove from Florida to see him. I would highly recommend him. He has the best bedside manner, he listens, cares and is willing to really help. I’m grateful!

Dr. Smith performed two kidney procedures on my left kidney in 2014. I’ve found him to always be the upmost professional at Novant Health. He continues to listen to my concerns and express any concerns my lab work may provide to him. Younger Doctors are not as professional as him. Dr. Smith is highly respected by me!

Over all a very good experience. The nurse that greeted me and helped me get prepared for the procedure was very kind and was very helpful. I asked many questions and she was very helpful, and gave me good suggestions.

Dr. Smith and his staff were so kind and understanding; the medical student was able to relay to Dr. Smith the problem I was having with the intrauterine stimulator. Dr. Smith was able to reprogram the stimulator and gave me some things not to do before the next appointment. I highly regard Dr. Smith and my sister is thinking of changing her urinary care to his office.

Prior to my original visit to Dr Smith’s office, I had sever bladder issues. This was caused by damage from prostate radiation. Dr Smith been treating me with Botox injections to the bladder and it has corrected my problem. He’s an amazing doctor who made my life livable.

I really can’t say that about Novant Health urology at Kimmel! That practice is overwhelmed with patients and the team members at the front desk are overwhelmed as well! Please never close Novant Health Pelvic Center at Highland Oaks as that is my preferred practice to go to!

Dr. Smith is very attentive and patient to my 85-year old mother-in-law’s questions and denial regarding her UTI. He is positive and encourages her despite the fact that she questions his diagnosis. Ha, ha
