I feel the check in does not keep patient information private. The front desk is not design to provide patient privacy. I would work on this. Check out if there more people in line is also not a private situation either. It needs to be designed differently.

All the staff and Dr Labacheta are extremely caring. So happy to have been referred to her.

Information regarding my condition and post examination situation could have been more informative. I felt that there was very little information given to me in regard to the outcome of the examination and that the actual time with my provider was quite brief.

This was a follow-up visit after surgery. Dr. Laboccetta took the time to discuss my concerns and examine the procedure site. Before my wife and I left, Dr. Laboccetta reviewed additional information, including references, to help us deal with our concerns.

Dr Lydia is personable, informative, and an active listener. She above all is an educator. She gives me confidence we have a plan that will work for me.

I only spent about 12 minutes in the exam room with the Dr. I would have liked to have spent more time with the Dr and have her explain in depth what was causing my pain and problems

I was very well informed of the procedureand what to expect.

This was my first visit with Dr. Raboccecca. She came highly recommended by some friends, as well as, two medical professionals that I know. She was AMAZING… so friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I am already “spreading the word” to others about how thrilled I am to have chosen her as my urologist.

Dr. Lydia was excellent. She explained my blood test results thoroughly. She also recommended a couple of other tests to more thoroughly determine my prostate health.

Doctor Labocetta is fantastic…. I highly recommend, and I actually have recommended her to many people.

She is an excellent doctor and has been taking of my health for the past ten years. The only thing I would change is to add a block on your E check in over the computer that a urine sample will be needed when you arrive for your appointment.

Dr. Laboccetta and her entire staff were wonderful. She answered my questions and explained everything in a caring, patient manner. I felt totally comfortable during my appointment and feel my health issues are being handled completely. A wonderful dr.

All went very well and the only concern I have is that I felt slightly rushed at the end and did not get to share the last of my concerns. However, that item was addressed once Dr. Laboccetta received the lab work and I was given a prescription to address the situation.

I had just met Dr. Lydia Lanocetta on Monday morning but she is the best doctor I have ever worked with in 62 years! She explained everything in simple terms and was flexible with her schedule to meet my needs. Was able to get me in quickly for needed unplanned surgery. Dr Labocetta is exceptionally pleasant to interact with. She makes you feel very comfortable when performing her examinations and addressing your medical issues or concerns. She listens to your questions and gives you thorough and easy to understand medical explanations. I am happy to have her as my Doctor.
