They gave me very good advice and suggested some things to do.

I waited 45 mins to see Dr. Wang!. I realized later that he only has 1 nurse, and some patients were late, therefore the delay. I've been a member if Novant for 10 years. It was my understanding that if you were more than 15 mins late, you'd be rescheduled. Has that rule changed? I am almost 82 and don't appreciate waiting 45 mins to see a doctor. Hire more staff!!!

Office visits were all short. It has taken me multiple visits to realize there are several conditions doctor is addressing. Understanding the issues and options of care have been difficult to follow. With my severe head pain it has been difficult educating myself on medical terminology too. Verbal comprehension was very difficult early on. Reading comprehension is still difficult. General head neurological videos (a visual) probably would have been of help earlier on & a possibility of quicker recovery.

Dr. Wang is Great and his staff is very detailed in their duties. Very professional and Dr. Wang takes time to answer questions and explains in detail so you understand.

My Doctor actively listens. He helped me so much .

Every staff member was very courteous & pleasant. I was accommodated & was not rushed because of mobility issues. This meant a lot to me. Dr Wong was friendly & knowledgeable about pending procedure. He has an awesome bedside manner- a plus!

The front office staff needs to be a little more friendly. There was a sign that stated to go to another window, where the nurse just glared at me and said go to the first window. That nurse wasn’t friendly at all. This has pretty much been a constant since I have been going to this office.
