The staff were awesome. They make you feel very comfortable. They ask if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them.

The front office staff needs to be a little more friendly. There was a sign that stated to go to another window, where the nurse just glared at me and said go to the first window. That nurse wasn’t friendly at all. This has pretty much been a constant since I have been going to this office.

Wasn't clear about the follow-up appt procedure. No info on how this works and still waiting to get this scheduled. Also, physical therapist needs directions on moving forward to help me.
