Jeffrey Vanderburg, FNP

Jeffrey V was a pleasant surprise. My regular GP was nice t available so I had to see someone new which I dreaded. He was wonderful. He has an unbelievable bedside manner, truly cares, listens, and communicates as a real human being to an human in need. He laughs a lot and wears a wonderful smile. Think I’ll see him again!

While this was only a Wellness Visit, Jeff always takes the time to answer all my questions and explains things perfectly..

Phenomenal listening skills and attentiveness to my concerns.

Jeff is a great doctor. I think a lot of times doctors like to use the technical terms which can be confusing. However, he didn’t. He was very thorough in explaining everything and listened to my concerns. I went ahead an assigned him as my primary care provider after the appointment. I will be coming back to see him!

Adequate time spent with provider. Individualized care. Professional and knowledgeable.

Fron check in to the time I was with the practitioner this was extremely well managed and on time. My practitioner was extremely to ensure took the time and interest to ensure that I knew that this was about me and he took the time to fully understand any concerns that I had.

Made me take a drug test. And I feel it was an invasion of my privacy, I was not informed. I also use LEGAL cbd product which i told my doctor, it came back positive for thc, not my problem the cbd use for back pain and it's legal. Then I get a threat message saying they will stop prescribing me my medication. First off they do not prescribe me. Second what business is it if theirs. Sick of being treated like drug addict because I use LEGAL cbd products to regulate muscle spasms in my back, you can screw right off thanks.

Just read the notes from my chart. Apparently, they don't know how to read the notes. Cause they paid 0 attention to anything I Typed in... And return 0 phone calls. None from the nurse, none from the doctor and none from the shift supervisor.

I just wish this Doctor that I saying could have helped me and got me in.So I can get my headaches taken care of sooner than my appointment but other than that, the staff and everybody was so polite and so friendly.Thank you so much and please keep up the good work.

Dr. Jeffrey is wonderful I definitely recommend him to others. I did get my test results back and it said that someone will be contacting me. It was a little disturbing to see what my test results were and I still have not received a phone call so that is a little upsetting, Dr. Jeffrey left me a message on my test results that a staff member would be contacted me and I haven’t heard a thing
