Doctor does a great job!

This was the first time using Dr. Stewart. I was very impressed with her knowledge and her willingness to listen to my needs.

I arrived early for my appointment. It was during that department's lunch hour. I was aware that my appointment wasn't until 1pm. I could have been given my questionnaire to complete while I was waiting. Instead I was given the paperwork at 1pm. I had mentioned that to my doctor's nurse. I think that there was a delay in seeing the doctor while completing the paperwork.

I have all ready recommended someone to come to this location with doctor Bianca Stewart she cares and she is a professional Your other locations need to learn and follow her pattern of treating other patients please please let them see how she treats all of her patients. Novant is unbelievable, I just moved here from another State and the care one receives at Novant is by far superior to anything I've received prior. From the moment you speak with the front desk professionals to the nurse assistant and then the doctor. Their all very friendly, caring and seem to be so sincere and very welcoming.
