Wait time was minimal. The two ladies at the front desk were great. Very pleasant and helpful. Monica, medical assistant was wonderful as usual. She is professional and caring - just what a patient is looking for. Katherine Russell Ladd is always pleasant and helpful. Gives me all the information and has always asked if I have questions or concerns. I never feel rushed or pushed out of my appointment.

I highly love and respect Dr.Max Shenin, and NP Katherine L. Russell - Ladd for their dedication to their profession and to medicine. When I came in for my appointment, I was swollen and in great pain. Katherine knew exactly what to do. She also explained that taking ibuprofen with Methotrexate was not wise. She explained why. I was given an injection before leaving. Friday night I slept like a baby. Thank you Katherine for your kindness and your dedication to medicine and to me. God bless you all.
