I feel my provider care about my health. The staff was nice and friendly.

Dr. Kannan has been my primary care doctor for 23 years. I appreciate the time she spends with me. When I first started seeing her, I was in my mid forties. When I explained some issues I was having, she told me I could have cancer and sent me to a gastro specialist. I thought at the time she was quick to jump to such a worse case scenario. Turns out she was right on it. I had a serious colon cancer. With her help I am a cancer surviver. I appreciate her so very much as she guides me through my issues with old age! She is a great doctor!!

Dr. Kannan is so courteous and respectful I will not see anyone but her and of course the best for the last 16 years.

I was there at 3:22 for my 3:20 appointment due to traffic issues. I was called back for wright in, etc less than 5 minutes later. However, the doctor didn't come in to see me until about 4pm! I said I thought you forgot about me. Later, I saw a text sent to me at 3:45pm asking me if I was there, yet! I signed in at the sign in desk or otherwise the nurse wouldn't have known to come get me. smh I guess that's why I was sitting in the doctor exam room waiting until 4 pm for doctor to come see me. The doctor never apologized for keeping me waiting. My 3:20 appointment that's usually 20 minutes or so. Was an hour yesterday with me waiting from about 3:25 to 4 pm to be seen. I guess the doctor thought I was the one causing the delay. Which is why there was no apology. They usually apologize when I am kept waiting for 10 minutes or so.

All staff was very knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs.

Everything were great to me I have no complaint. And Dr. Kannan is always helpful to me so all I want to says is Thank You.

Every visit I have is one because she listens intently and provides me all of the information I need to be able to live a healthy life. The delays from having the nurse see me to the doctor getting into my room was almost a 25 minute delay which was not communicated to me that there wound be one.
