The provider was very kind and compassionate and listened to everything I said and answered all my questions and explained everything so I was able to understand. The front desk staff was respectful and courteous. The nurse taking my vitals and going over my record was respectful and took her time with me.

My check in experience was wonderful! So compassionate and considerate. I really needed her smile and extra sweet words. Thank you!

Dr Snow is one of the premier doctors Novant health has!! I hope you know this!! Dr. Snow IS the ONLY provider I would go to for my foot/ankle issues. I have referred her multiple times. Her texh is also top notch…what a team!!

My doctor seemed very concerned about my care and my machine and my mask. She helped me to realize that I needed to get new equipment when they were available. That was best for my health. She was very attentive and helpful in all aspects of my sleep. I look forward to seeing her again next year.

Lots of parking and easy to find. Inside the building is huge and there are plenty of people to help. The bathrooms are easy to find as well. All of the staff are fantastic and helpful.
