I really trust all of the doctors and staff.

Great visit as always! David was friendly and helpful at check in and got our next visit scheduled. We were roomed quickly. Kandi was great with our daughter. The other nurses were also so friendly just even in the hallways. Dr. McClung took great care of us as she always does. We love Robinhood Peds! You can tell this clinic and everyone in it loves what they do and we appreciate that.

1) I really appreciate the ease of scheduling my son’s annual appointment as close to his birthday as possible. 2) Of course, the staff and nurse tech were all excellent. 3) I truly look forward to these annual appointments with Dr. McClung to not only get a read from her on my child’s growth and development, but also to better inform me as a parent. During this appointment Dr. McClung gracefully, yet directly, shared with me some new perspectives on things I was either misunderstanding or misinformed about. I appreciate her knowledge and her desire to make sure that I am thinking things through from a different and fully informed lens. We had a great visit! Dr. McClung is such a special doctor. She remembers details about my girls & makes them feel comfortable. They love going to the doctor. The whole office staff is wonderful. Dr McClung is not our regular pediatrician, but was absolutely wonderful for a Saturday appointment. She made our 7yr old feel completely comfortable. She even followed up on MyChart over the rest of the weekend to check on our daughter and sent in a prescription on Monday before business hours when it was needed. We are so grateful that Robinhood peds offers weekend appts for urgent needs, and while all of the providers are great- we are always glad to see Dr McClung since she is so great with both the kids and reassuring us as parents

I am very thankful for the care we received from Dr. McClung. She was very attentive, patient, caring, respectful, compassionate, and helpful. She has great bedside manner and doesn’t rush you. She listened very well and took the time to explain medical information we needed. She even took the time to call which was very refreshing after having weeks of dealing with sickness with my family. I can’t recommend her enough and we are very thankful for her care for our family.
