This provider listened to my concerns and answered my questions with evidence/research and understanding. Her approach was highly appreciated, and it was on the day when the system was down due to the national IT issue. If that stressed her out, she didn’t show it!

Excellent care...

I use the online check in process when I arrived and there was a glitch in the system. I was there waiting for a text that never came. But heard the dask talking about me not coming to the desk. I explained that the apps set to wait for a text. But I was taken back promptly when the error was discovered.

Everything was fine! I appreciated the timeliness and professionalism of the call.

PA listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and professional.

I had an urgent need for an appointment (blood in stools along with diahreha). I was given an appointment date that was more than 1 month away. I was told to call every day to see if something opened up sooner. Luckily, I was able to get in the next day as there was a cancellation . I now need a colonoscopy to determine the reason for the problem and I cannot get one for another 6 weeks. I think that is unacceptable when you have a priority issue.

The phone call was a great experience and convenient for people that live an hour away. However, the communication before was very lacking. I left multiple voicemails after several failed attempts to get in touch with someone. I left my work number and found that my personal number was still being called. I do not have my phone on my during work hours so it was very inconvenient considering I could never get anyone to answer the phone. Otherwise everyone is friendly and professional, the communication piece is my only concern

I am very pleased with this office and staff. I love how everyone introduces themselves when you check in, when the nurse brings you back, and at check out. The lab tech is wonderful as well!!!! Excellent patient care!!!
