Great Doctor and staff! They communicate very well.

I received excellent medical care, but I also received compassion and support around the recent passing of my husband.

Dr. Adams is a superb doctor. He has been my physician for 15 years If I had any doubt that he was not top notch, I would have left along time ago.

Dr Adam's, is very personable Physician. Through and personable. I am I'm my 70's i have had a few Doctors in my life. DR Adam's is my all time favorite. His staff is also great. All are very personable.

I showed up for urgent care but was told that it was unexpectedly closed for the day. The staff then worked to fit me in with a regular doctor. Had a very pleasant experience with both the nurse and the doctor.

The doctor recommended a pneumonia shot, and after waiting 15 minutes, the nurse came back in to clean the room at which time I told her I was waiting for the shot. Five minutes later, she came back in to give me the shot. The doctor usually requests a mammogram for me, which was not done. I wrote a note in My Chart asking for the referral, which I did get. But only because I had called radiology, and not because my chart notified me. once the blood work is done, unless those numbers have changed dramatically, or if I have new issues, I wonder if an in-person visit is warranted. Of course it's always good to see your primary face-to-face at least once a year.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable during my visit.

The staff has changed and most are in the learning curve at my expense. Trying to learn who they are and to have better communications. The former nurse knew us and we had a good working relationship. We are not there yet. With all due respect I don't think Novant has our best interest like new Hanover did. You are like a business, higher, fire and higher less qualified to save a few $$$. Cut the CEO's $$ and get the money to cover the care that is needed.
