Never once was I told youll be charged for a problem visit by answering this question. How am I supposed to see my provider once a year and be charged extra for answering HIS questions

Thought the team was handling the transition to Dimension very well. Probably not related to My Chart but I had trouble generating a follow up note to the doctor using My Chart, it used to be easy and it may be me but it was hard to navigate the process and I solved it with a phone message instead.

I called Dr Lee's office first thing Tuesday morning to get help for what seemed to be a very bad cold. Caroline returned my call in no time and set up a call with Dr Lee. He listened to my issues and from my symptoms called for a Covid test that day and explained that if positive he would have Paxlovid at my CVS location. The test and results were completed by early afternoon and on the medication by evening.I would call that the best care possible !!
