I was a new patient for my visit. Dr. Brownlee is a very pleasant and easy person to talk with. Having my care transferred from a different provider, I was so impressed by the fact that she knew everything about my health; I didn’t have to answer any questions about my prior care. I felt that she truly cares about her patients well being. So glad my family doctor recommended her.

She was wonderful - so kind, compassionate. She explained everything throughly and calmed my nerves. I can’t say enough good things about her and the whole office. Every interaction has been stellar!

Dr Brownlee is the best! She really cares and takes the time to listen to you. Keeps up on other appointments with other providers seen in the system so she knows your total care.

My visit with Dr. Brownlee made me feel as if the right decisions were being made. I left feeling confident about my care. Monica tried to get my IV working and she listened to me and the second time her efforts worked better, but she also sought assistance from her fellow nurse to make sure. She had done everything right and we were able to persevere and my Zomeda infusion went more smoothly. Great team of nurses for certain. Thank you

Starting out the nurse was great and the doctor was amazing. She is very smart and can talk down to my level so I can understand. She was very friendly and kind. I was very nervous about going to see her for the first time but the nurse and doctor made me feel at home and that sure was great

I felt that Dr. Brownlee listened to me. She was caring and professional. Since it was my first visit, she explained the process of what to expect going forward, which I appreciated. Her nurse drawing blood was very personable and competent.

I waited 30 min in the exam room after my appt for blood to be drawn for Vitamin D level check. The tech said she was glad that I came and got her. She was not aware that the order had been put in. May want to check on how these requested are communicated to techs.

Novant Cancer Specialists is a well organized and run office. This is my 8th year that I am receiving care. Dr. Brownlee is an awesome physician. I do not feel any anxiety the day that I have my appointment. Dr. Brownlee is very personable, thorough and does an great job of explaining things.
