An excellent visit. !!!!!

I checked in at the front desk. I went upstairs and was called to give blood about 10 minutes later. Then I sat there for 2 hours waiting to see my Doctor, because they didn’t check me in correctly.

It's been well over a decade to have met a doctor I was truly happy about in handling my care! Brilliant guy that appeared engaged in my health concerns and with such a calming demeanor. Just felt like genuine good man that every patient should experience in health care. Find more like him!

Dr. Belle and his team are awesome, they always take their time and explain information so I am able to understand and the next plan. Very pleased and satisfied with my care. Would like to especially thank Pam (nurse) who was exceptional at making me feel welcome and comfortable.

I was processed with blood work ahead of schedule- just as soon as I arrived.

The staff go above & beyond excellent care and attention. My appt needed a reschedule they worked with me & reminded me of the change for months. It was raining usually hard today this office reached out to ensure my safety arrival. Just excellent customer care.

The Zimmermann Cancer Center is well run and caring towards my condition from check in through treatment. Nurses in the infusion area are all upbeat and caring. Brittany who treated me was so wonderful to deal with that I wish she could take care of me for the rest of my chemo treatment cycle's. I hope the hospital management takes care of this team of Doctors, Nurses and staff and volunteers. Feel free to call me with any questions.

Provider and team was excellent once I got there. I get an mri every six months before I can see him and the scheduling for this is constantly a problem. It's never scheduled in time so the appointment is always rescheduled. Insurance approvals aren't started early enough to have scheduling and imaging done before the oncology appointment. Love the provider but process is broken.
