Dr MacDonald addressed my issues quickly & with much knowledge. She ordered appropriate labs & helped me understand how i was making the issue worse with food choices. I appreciate her skills & kindness.

The was a considerable delay. The doctor saw me about 50 minutes after the appointment time. Of course, the nurse saw me during that time. And the doctor sent me off for a blood test before she saw me.

I have what I consider the best primary care in town and I am so grateful to be with someone that sees me and my needs Lucky to have Dr McDonald's and her very caring staff in my corner.

Unfortunately Novant is going through computer changes whis affect the Doctors and nurses. This did not change their wonderful patience or my treatment. They are the best team!

Dr MacDonald did not read recent problems on my chart. Showed little interest in my impending surgery. She blamed the lateness of our visit on new charting system. A very upsetting visit. I would have liked her opinion on the surgery. I really felt she was distracted & disinterested.

I feel Dr Macdonald is just the best doctor for me.

I felt like I was, instead of at my annual doctor's visit where I can voice my concerns, at the routine annual doctor's visit where she told me what she had to say to get paid from my insurance. Nonetheless, what she said made sense, but she did not hear all I wanted to convey to her. At least that was my perception.

I continue to not like wait times to see doctor. They put you in an examing room, and you wait longer than the 15 minute waiting window.

Dr. Gigi McDonald is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. She listens to my concerns and makes thoughtful decisions. She does not rush me out in 2 minutes like many offices do now. She is also very responsive and took time to call in a prescription for me after-hours on a Friday, so I didn't have to wait until Monday to start my medicine. We need more doctors like her. She is appreciated!

The radiology dept staff was rude and appeared disconnected. I signed in and took a seat. After a long delay I went to the front and asked how long it would Be. I was informed that the tech just got back from lunch and I was 2nd in the process. I would not have sat and waited over 30 min had I known she was unavailable and at lunch. The radiology department could have cared less about my personal time or needs .
