In and out with no long waits.

This was my daughter's first time being seen by Marissa Hite. She is autistic, and typically sees another provider at the same office whom she is very familiar with. She was very nervous, but after the appointment could not stop saying how much she liked Marissa. Marissa was wonderful and treated my daughter with the utmost respect. She was very kind and gentle, took her time and explained things well. We were extremely pleased with the care given and would be happy to have future appointments with her if needed.

Marissa and her staff have been extremely helpful to me with a variety of my issues. Despite having a busy schedule, I’m almost always able to schedule an appt within a few days of calling. I always receive a quick response to MyChart messages. Marissa is knowledgeable, accommodating, and always concerned with what concerns me.

Everything has been great as far as the care I've received at Novant Union Cross Road Family medicine with all the doctors I've seen. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

The provider listen , that's what l like about her and she didn't treat as though l was dum or couldn't figure me out. She sat there and paid attention to me. And treat me like l was speaking a foreign person . Just now coming to the States she made feel comfortable while talking to her. She met my needs
