I was extremely impressed with the amount of information that I received. This is the 3rd medical institution that I had appointments with about possibly having another hip replacement. I wish I had started here with Dr. Craven, if so I could have stopped looking for the right doctor and place to have surgery. I was very happy when I left and I felt relieved that I am getting ready to be out of pain and back to doing normal daily activities without pain!!

Everybody made you feel comfortable from the time the nurse called your name to see the Doctor until you walked out the door. Dr Craven was very friendly and made it a point to make you comfortable.

Outstanding Great Staff

Dr Craven is an awesome surgeon very caring and very professional not only Him but his team also …I trust him for my care. I trust him so with another health issue that has come up concerning my knee. I made an appointment so he could look at my knee . I have told several people at my church about him . I have been a couple of appointments with Orthopedics in the WS area. In the past the Drs have told me that I just needed physical therapy but offered no options or opinions of who I should see. After seeing Dr. Craven he explained everything in detail and even made a referral to a physical therapist. He has also advised me that I do need a knee replacement. I felt cared for and he listened to my concerns. It matters when you are in pain and distress to see that someone does care.

I checked reviews before I made my appointment and I was not disappointed. Glad I chose this facility. I was impressed...

Very good. Another Dr. was called in on a related issue with my hand that proved to be very helpful.

I had to drive from Winston Salem to King, NC to get the quickest appointment with Dr. Craven. He was very thorough and didn't rush through my many questions. I felt he was totally upfront and honest about my prognosis for knee replacement surgery. It's important for a doctor to instill confidence and he did just that!

Now this is how to run a medical facility! I had intermittent knee pain, so I got a quick appointment with Dr. Charles Craven. My appointment was for 9:20 and by 10:20 I was walking out with a plan of action for my knee after having x-rays taken and thoroughly explained (to me) by Dr. Craven, an extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and caring physician, who patiently answered all of my questions. Everyone in the clinic, from the receptionist onward was unfailingly professional and kind. This was the best treatment I've ever had in any medical clinic, and I've been through a lot of them!

I was very impressed with the time and education Dr. Craven provided me with. I would highly recommend him.
