Ms. Weber was the most generous provider I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with. She made my daughter and I exceptionally comfortable and excited to have her as a provider for my daughter going forward. It’s a real pleasure to have such confidence out of the gate that the care of your loved one will be met with such sensitivity and expertise.

The staff at this office is amazing! The reception personnel are so friendly and accommodating! Providers nurse is amazing!!! The lab tech is amazing!!! But the most amazing is Sarah Weber PA! She listens to her patients and is very considerate with her diagnosis!! I look forward to every visit to this practice!!!

Sarah Weber is one of the best medical providers I have ever been treated by. She is attentive, well informed and pays attention to all of my lab results and goes over them with me, interpreting and explaining every single one. Her care is also non judgmental, which was essential to my losing a great deal of weight while improving my health. She never lectured me about the risks of overweight, but encouraged me around my change of eating and exercise habits. She is also very sensitive to my mental health concerns and had been educated and encouraging with every aspect of my health. If Sarah Weber were not the practioner she is and were the staff not kind and helpful I would have looked for another medical home or dropped out of care completely. When a patient is close to losing hope about their health, kindness and understanding from health care providers is necessary for recovery. This is hard to measure quantitatively, but I hope my review reflects the immense value Sarah Weber and the staff bring to Novant.

This was a much better experience than my emergency room visit in July at KMC, but then I had no reason to expect otherwise because of past experiences with this office and Dr. Weber . I’m hopeful that further changes will be made in other Novant facilities in the future in the area of health equity and respect for the LBGTQIA community.
