The check-in and check-out area is too open. All discussion can be heard by other patients waiting to be called back for their appointment. I think the check out area should be private.

The connection problem was because I was in an exam room in the Shallotte office and the provider was in Wilmington. The poor connection had something to do with where I was located: an internal room with no windows. Nobody let me know that she wouldn't be in the Shalotte office, but they set up the telemedicine visit quickly & efficiently. I am very happy with telemedicine visits when no physical exam is required, so will do the same next year, from home.

I've been seeing Antoinette Izzo, PA twice a year since 2013, when I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea. She has been knowledgeable and very thorough during my visits, plus she responds to questions without hesitation! She rates a "10" in my book.

At check in Lexus greeted us with a smile and personable hello. LPN Shannon was efficient, caring and personable. Antoinette Izzo is phenomenal- very caring, informative, efficient, professional, and personable. These 3 women are all A+ excellent and Novant Pulmonary is very blessed to have them on staff.

The length of time from referral to the appointment was very long, about 4-5 months. Otherwise the actual appointment was good.

I had a 3:15pm appointment and I had a great experience up until I was checking out and scheduling my next appointment. I was told that I can no longer schedule an appointment in the later afternoon as they are now reserved just for new patients. This was very frustrating to hear and limits me to when I can schedule my appointments.

Had a terrible time trying to make this appointment by phone. Finally had to stop by the office and was met by great staff there to assist in making an appointment. Why is there not someone answering this phone regularly.
