I absolutely love Dr. Gregory. He listens to me and answers any questions I may have. His staff are polite and attentive. I trust my healthcare team with my health.

Prescriptions need to be more tailored to current patients and insurance policies, procedures and requirements.

Katie is always excellent at making sure my medicines I am taking are correct on their list and asks all the right questions. Dr. Gregory is truly one of the best doctors I have ever had, as he really listens and considers options and breaks down the pro's and con's.

His PA however needs to listen better, pay attention to what is being said, pay more attention to detail about meds, needs of the patient and about request instead of trying to rush, thus causing issues to go unanswered.

The check in person did not do her job and the doctor thought I wasn’t there so I was left sitting from 145 till 315 I went to the lab for bloodwork and it took several sticks and 3 different people to get the blood that was needed the doctor was excellent it’s a shame since this was my first visit

It was the yearly Medicare check up and all went as expected!

Dr. Gregory was outstanding. He listened and came up with a plan.

This day, the staff appeared stressed or annoyed. It turns out it was some computer upgrade issue causing these feelings. Some staff verbalized their frustration. It would have been more pleasant if they kept this to themselves as the upgrade was not a concern of mine.

I appreciated getting a virtual appointment with Dr. Gregory so that he could approve my getting flu/covid testing at the Autumn Hall facility. That facility said it required a physician's referral to be tested! My test result was positive for Covid and Dr. Gregory prescribed Paxlovid. THANK YOU, DR. GREGORY

It was comforting to see how well Dr. Gregory himself was recuperating after his own personal surgery during the Christmas season. One pillow head to another was very empathetic. His degree of care reflected my own, both over a holiday, demonstrating excellence of care at Novant Health at any given time.
