Dr. Gregory was outstanding. He listened and came up with a plan.

This day, the staff appeared stressed or annoyed. It turns out it was some computer upgrade issue causing these feelings. Some staff verbalized their frustration. It would have been more pleasant if they kept this to themselves as the upgrade was not a concern of mine.

I appreciated getting a virtual appointment with Dr. Gregory so that he could approve my getting flu/covid testing at the Autumn Hall facility. That facility said it required a physician's referral to be tested! My test result was positive for Covid and Dr. Gregory prescribed Paxlovid. THANK YOU, DR. GREGORY

It was comforting to see how well Dr. Gregory himself was recuperating after his own personal surgery during the Christmas season. One pillow head to another was very empathetic. His degree of care reflected my own, both over a holiday, demonstrating excellence of care at Novant Health at any given time.

Dr. Gregory was very professional and knowledgeable about Covid and reassuring about taking the Paxlovid. If I had any problems to call him back.

It would be nice to be able to text questions if / when necessary between visits either to my physician OR to his nurses so that they could address it with him and respond back with his guidance! Text messages would have a lesser schedule disruption impact upon the staff than a phone call would!

Request for appt was easily and quickly completed, and Dr Gregory's input & recommendations were exactly what I was hoping to receive! No issues or difficulties whatsoever.

Everyone was courteous. The intake nurse and Dr. Gregory were both informative and attentive. I didn't feel like I was intruding or asking "dumb" questions about my labs or health.

Wait time was long, but I'm very satisfied with this location, staff and Doctor.

Dr Gregory was lovely and took a lot of time looking through my chart and listening to my concerns. I will definitely be recommending him to others! It was a real pleasure.

I have a wellness visit at the same time as my regular visit the wellness visit nurse was excellent but the wait time in the office was outrageous 40 minute I believe it was not her fault she was with patients but nobody informed me nobody said anything the whole time I was there. The nurse that did my wellness visit and my primary care physician doctor Gregory are excellent I would recommend them 10 out of 10 every time

I was able to get in on short notice to see my primary care doctor. He listened to me and was very thoughtful about my problem and figured out what might be triggering my current problem. It definitely was the right diagnosis and I was feeling significantly better in 2 days.

Absolutely Great Team! Dr. Gregory cared for my late Husband and my late Mom. He cares for my grown Nephew and now me. I totally trust him to care for me! I wouldn't want anyone else caring for me.

I arrived early for my visit. Another patient arrived 20 minutes late but no apparent emergency. I was glad I was taken in first. I respect doctors time and alway try my best to be early or on time.

I am grateful to Dr Gregory for the care he has provided so far. I wish he would be a bit more encouraging. Initially, he is usually running about 40 minutes late and seems preoccupied. However, once he does come into the room for my appointment, he does listen to my concerns and tries to be appropriately helpful and responsive. I'm sure his job is quite demanding, so I really appreciate the time he takes to listen.
