Felt informed of health issues and a plan to help me

I had an 1130 appt and the doctor was backed up. There was a woman creating a stink demanding she get taken as it was an emergency. The receptionist explained they squeezed her in. She demanded to be next, cutting in front of me and blocking entrance when nurse called my name. They begrudgingly took her back and the receptionist apologized to me. It was an inconvenience for me because I needed to get to work and didn't leave the office till 1pm.

Dr. Smart is the “Best “ . He listens to patients and does the best he can to keep his patients healthy and informed. I couldn’t want a better person or doctor to take care of my health issues!!!

Dr Carl Smart is the best

I already recommended this provider to a friend. Wow. He is the real deal. Appreciate his time and thoughtfulness. He did a great job of just talking to my son directly and helping him take control of his breathing issues. We left thinking his plan was a good one and finally felt like we might be getting the proper treatment for an issue that was dismissed by his pediatric pulmonologist or perhaps was not further considered. Dr. Smart quickly came up with our plan, very personable conversation and thought of which made my son feel more at ease. He also took an interest in my son's holistic health. Thank you.
