Thorough in every respect!

When I am in the exam room with the door closed, I can hear employees talking on the phone to other patients and doctors, and some of that information seems too personal for me to be overhearing it. I am concerned about patient privacy, and assume other patients can also hear my personal information being discussed on the phone. I think Dr. Clark is exceedingly good at his job. He listens, carefully considers, brings plenty of wisdom and experience to the problem, and makes good recommendations.
