This is my second time seeing the Novant OBGYN and Dr. Kehaya, and I really can’t say enough kind things about her. I suffer from a lot of medical office anxiety, and regardless she makes me feel heard and much less anxious throughout the appointment. The front office staff is equally as wonderful, as well as the girl who took my blood pressure. I genuinely appreciate the care in this office!

I felt important and they listened to my concerns and updated information I need to give. I did not feel like just a number I felt my time was valuable.

Dr. Kehaya is very knowledgeable and is a great listener. She gave me good advice on how to meet my needs and told me to call if I had further problems.

Being a first time patient to this practice I should have received more information. I was asked to fill out all the paperwork that I filled out on line and had to bring that to their attention. Other practices have you give a urine sample once you are brought back. I was handed a cup when I checked in and just sat down with it. I saw another person check in and she proceeded to go into the restroom In the lobby and give her sample. I then went up to the receptionist and asked her about the process and was then told after I asked to go into the ladies room and leave a sample. Central a/c is out in the building and they had temp a/c pumped in which was fine until I got into the patients room and it was very warm to me. Once the doctor finally came in I asked to turn the fan on, I was sweating. After my very short exam, I was not aware Pap smears are only covered every 3 years. I asked when will I receive the results of my urine and was told they don’t check everyone’s. ??. I asked for mine to be checked since I have had blood in my urine in past years. Medical History was swiftly looked over. Thankfully I asked because I am being referred to a urologist.

Dr. Kehaya was a real pleasure to meet. I feel confident that she will meet my needs as a gynecologist.

Dr kehaya is a rare find. She is exceptional across the board and consistently at each visit. Thorough, extremely knowledgeable and clearly invested in patient outcomes. Wish I had found her sooner. I am a local provider and am now referring my more complex gyn cases concerning for prev overlooked underlying pathology. Grateful to have her in Wilmington!

I cannot say enough about this team when it comes to professionalism. They are all so kind and considerate and they work so well together. Everything starts at the top and goes from there. Dr. Keyaha is like no other. She truly cares about my health and well being. Her attitude is infectious. You can tell she loves what she's doing. She never lets me leave her office without asking me if there is anything else she can do for me. I am 54 years old and have seen many, many, many doctors. Dr. Keyaha is the best by leaps and bounds!!! The community is so fortunate to have her!

I got an appointment within 3 days which was good. Everything else was a 10 as stated.

I accidentally went to the wrong location(I didn't realize there were more and went to the one I usually go to). I was able to get the testing and treatment I needed without traveling to the other location. Everyone was super nice and concerned about my wait time, but everything went relatively quickly given my mistake. I felt like they were respectful and showed concern for my situation. 100% impressed with how I was treated. The staff here is fantastic.
