I appreciated her takung time and even allowing me to know that I had another option about a medication I needed, I just didn't know what I had. I guess I have to go back and read the note, but clearly I should have asked before leaving. I still appreciated all her help to getting me better.

The provider was concerned about every aspect of my care both socially and physically. She took the time to discuss all the issues I am having in my life right now. I felt very encouraged as I left the appointment that we are a team working towards improved health for myself.
