There were no delays. The nurse called me as soon as I arrived. Dr. Herring came into the room without any delay. Dr. Herring listened to my concerns. Dr. Herring is very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the visit.

Dr. Herring is very knowledgeable and willing to make referrals to specialists as needed. He listens to my concerns and acts on them. He gave excellent care to my husband who has now passed away.

Dr Herring is extremely thorough and well informed. He reads your chart before he comes in so that he is up to date on your health and reason for the current visit. He explores options and explains everything. He does run behind but he gives you the time and attention you need when he is with you. I definitely recommend Dr Herring.

The only negative was arriving at 10 for my medicare wellness check up, which was efficient. My Dr. appt. was for 10:45 and was told the Dr. was 1.5 hours behind at that time. Actually, that was incorrect. I got in a little late and was out of the office by noon.

I have been seeing Dr. Herring and his team since he first started his practice here in Wilmington over 30 years ago. I have recommended him to others. If there's and issue, he does what is needed to find out how to deal with it.

I love my Doctor he is very good and the nurses are good too. I think the examiner room could use a make over and be more user-friendly for patients with high anxiety.

Dr Herring always gets me the resources I need - most often referring out to another individual for whatever I need, I just wish he was more timely. I was one of the first appointments of the day and still had to wait close to an hour to be seen.

I've been seeing Dr. Herring for 25 years, as has my brother, mother and friends I've referred to him. He takes care of general visit needs and listens to other concerns. In addition, when I've needed to be referred to a specialist, I've always been happy with his selection. Also, all of the people who work in reception or the nurses are very helpful.

My primary was booked up so I had to see herring. But it went smoothly.

Transition to Novartis has caused some glitches on MyChart, which was absolutely perfect prior to Novartis acquisition of NHRMC.

Your staff at this location are awesome! Very under-staffed I assume, when even a nursing supervisor had to watch over those of us in the recovery area and did it with a smile. She didn't offer that and I only found out when she was wheeling me out to the car and I asked her name. Gracious, lovely people throughout!
