From the front desk to the MA who took me in the room, the care was excellent. The PA confidently answered all of my questions about the surgery. He even brought up things I had not thought about, but needed to know. Everyone was quite friendly and the office deserves a shout out.

My experience with all staff members was exceptionally positive. I felt well cared for the entire time I was there.

We are SO thankful for the walk in after hours clinic! My son fell and we immediately took him in to the walk in clinic! We had no wait and were taken back right away for an X-ray. Josh the PA was very friendly and knowledgeable and confirmed a fracture and Brittany was wonderful while casting his arm. We were out in less than an hour and have follow up scheduled! Everyone was fantastic! 10 out of 10 recommend!

The visit provided the care I needed and recommended the follow up if needed.

Joshua was very clear discussing the side effects of the shots I would be receiving prior to my appointment. I am terrified of receiving shots. I explained that to him and he was so great at keeping me calm through the process. I have two more shots to receive, and I feel confident knowing he will administer them. Highly recommend this practice.

I have always received great care from my Novant providers, but this visit was absolutely amazing. From the time I signed in, the nurse who took me back and got all my information to the Dr, I was treated so great. I was listened to, and the treatment was a joint agreement by myself and the Dr. I’d like to say, the providers at the Sports medicine location in Clemmons has been a great resource for help with not only me and my medical issues but also my family.

While it was very nice to meet Joshua in person — except for rules saying there has to be an in-person meeting with a surgery patient within 30 days of the cutting — we could have done the entire 15-minute visit on on the phone. Would have saved me a 90-mile round trip and 3 hours. But, I understand that “rules is rules” and we have to keep the lawyers happy!

I was kinda disappointed because I didn't get out all my questions and the provider was quickly ready to leave examination BUT all is well.
