The doctor and staff are great . One thing that is needed to to let me know when appointment gets canceled.

First time seeing the PA and she was great.

I am so happy to be back in the Novant health care system. New PA was pleasant, didn't keep me waiting answered all questions,very knowledgeable, friendly. Cared about me,my meds etc. A great experience.

I’ve been seeing Dr Cain for a lot of years now, but with my job schedule change, my availability did not match up with his office hours. The receptionist recommended that I see his P.A., Elizabeth. She was amazing and I even made my follow-up and yearly physical appointments with her. I feel confident in the care she was able to provide.

I have not had a bad experience at this location ever. I have liked all of the practitioners and nurses that have helped me. I like that I am able to get my labs done at the office instead of going to another lab location.

I hand picked my doctor and she was perfect! I usually have a mediocre experience going to health visits but I felt extremely heard & like my problems were being solved. Both my doctor AND nurse were SOOO caring & attentive.

Jen is so nice and funny . Elisabeth is very good .

I feel so blessed to have found clinic. I've been seeing Dr. Cain for years and love him. This time I saw his PA Elizabeth, and she and her nurse were amazing as well. I only have nice things to say about the entire staff.

Elisabeth Royer and her nurse are always wonderful, caring and knowlegable during my visits. Always take the time to listen to any concerns I have, answer any and all questions and provide realistic solutions to my concerns. If I do forget to ask something during my visit I will send a message through MyChart and it is always answered within an hour or 2. I feel grateful to have them as my health care team.

I think my provider is 100% theBEST THOUGHTFUL provider she listens and explains never has she attempted to have me feel as though my medical plan of care isn’t based on what her and I have conversed about and that I fully understand as her patient and that it’s great to feeling I deeply acknowledge that I’ve found a provider that I would follow…hopefully that does not ever be the case but, she is a great asset for Novant… I also appreciate the staff here as well at the facility because they go beyond to find numerous accommodations to the patients from the front desk to office administrators. The entirety of the staff were warm, knowledgeable, and made sure my visit was as enjoyable as any visit to the doctor could be. I appreciated their expertise and professionalism. I felt seen and understood by the nurses and doctor. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new doctor.
