I saw the PA Elizabeth. Elizabeth listened to me and my concerns and offered community resources to assist me. She even told me about the individual food boxes they had for patients who may need it..Not only did they provide the box, but they took it to my vehicle. They went above and beyond my physical health needs, they listened and responded in care!

I’ve been seeing Dr Cain for a lot of years now, but with my job schedule change, my availability did not match up with his office hours. The receptionist recommended that I see his P.A., Elizabeth. She was amazing and I even made my follow-up and yearly physical appointments with her. I feel confident in the care she was able to provide.

I have not had a bad experience at this location ever. I have liked all of the practitioners and nurses that have helped me. I like that I am able to get my labs done at the office instead of going to another lab location.

I hand picked my doctor and she was perfect! I usually have a mediocre experience going to health visits but I felt extremely heard & like my problems were being solved. Both my doctor AND nurse were SOOO caring & attentive.

Elisabeth Royer and her nurse are always wonderful, caring and knowlegable during my visits. Always take the time to listen to any concerns I have, answer any and all questions and provide realistic solutions to my concerns. If I do forget to ask something during my visit I will send a message through MyChart and it is always answered within an hour or 2. I feel grateful to have them as my health care team.
