The intake nurse (I think her name was Denine) was incredibly personable! It was such a nice change of pace compared to previous doctor visits.

Kathleen was wonderful, friendly, professional, and non-judgmental. However, the nurse who took my way and seated me in the room was very judgmental and lectured me. This type judgment isn’t conducive to providing an open and honest atmosphere where someone feels that they can receive care treatment without being spoken down to or treated as a second class citizen.

The nurse practitioner was extremely knowledgeable and paid close attention to my past medical history. Yesterday I felt horrible and after three doses of the antibiotic and steroid, I am extremely better. I’m so very thankful.

I was late due to traffic, and they understood. So, they scheduled me at a later time like 45 minutes later which was very nice of them, considering I was the one who was late. The only thing was that the front door person was by herself and I had to wait like 5-10 minutes until she was able to even say hello to me, but hey things happen!

Kathleen Stutesman understood, diagnosed and treated my condition quickly. She offered helpful advice as well. Her care is excellent.
