Misinformed of where to go, suppose to get M.R.I. They gave me a # to call because there had been issues with scheduling. Me the patient needs to call? Just got blood work. Left defeated, waited a couple of weeks before they had appoint. I had been to the ER, AND THEY told me not to wait on M.R.I.

Quick responses to my needs are really appreciated.

The experience with the staff was quite enjoyable. They were very informed informed me very well what the outcome would be, and when I should expect in the future, I was very impressed.

This was a phone consultation with GI regarding a referral for a Colonoscopy and Melissa P was very professional and easy to talk to (I usually don't do phone consultations or virtual, believe you can't be assessed that way) everyone else I spoke with were also helpful and professional. My husband had a colonoscopy done here months ago and spoke very highly of the services he received.

Nurse Melissa Peeler was a professional, polite and friendly. She was delightful. She had a way about her that makes you trust her instinctively. She got my Upper GI scheduled. I was happy with all aspects of my visit.

I liked the phone visit more effective and efficient than me having to get out and having to drive to Wilmington for the same result.

My original appt was spaced out 2 weeks. I had an er visit and asked for an appt as soon as possible. When I told my medical dr when my appt was scheduled, he called your office and was able to get me in within 2 days. I was very thankful for his assistance.

Melissa Peeler and her team were exceptional. The check-in was quick and efficient and there was no delay in taking me back to the room. A nurse quickly (and patiently!) took vitals and reviewed my meds and Melissa came in almost immediately afterward. She also is patient, allowing me to ask all my questions and offering suggestions and advice for improving my health. I definitely would recommend this provider (and have!) and her team as, in my experience, they are excellent.

Looking forward to continuing with the medication and testing recommended by this provider.

It took me four months to get in for an appt. Way too much time with an urgent issue. While waiting four months for a visit, I wound up in The ER twice with diverticulitis. Melissa Peeler was excellent, kind and helpful and hasreferred me to a surgeon. Thank you Melissa!!
