the doctor was very kind. although there was nothing he could do to help me, he listened to me and was very compassionate. there aren't many docs out there that have empathy anymore. thank you for that.

From my first visits with my new Novant Primary Care Doctor, she addressed every health issue in one office visit and referrals. I may have more doctor appointments that I ever had but I got them in a timely matter and I really appreciate it. Shout out to Dr. Nicole Waltz .I cannot stop talking about her. But also to my Novant Care Team I have already met everyone has been caring, compassionate, listening hear and helpful, informative cared about me.

Scott Brewer was very helpful in explaining the issues that I have with my shoulder. He even got a model of the shoulder joint to point out to me the various components of the shoulder and pointed out exactly where I had tears and abrasions in my shoulder. He carefully explained the treatment options (surgery) to me. A great PA for Novant!

The visit was very good. They explained my issue in great detail (reviewed both x-rays and MRI) and we discussed several treatment options at length. My PA (Scott Webster) was very thorough, thoughtful, and even conferred with another provider while I was there. I feel very confident about the plan of care we arrived at and my next appointment (surgery) was scheduled before I left. Thank you!

The staff is always very personable and “Dr. Scott “ goes out of his way to provide the upmost support for me.

Scott helped me tremendously. The steroid shot helped me and I’m looking forward to doing physical therapy. Scott had explained everything on my tears.

The over 1/2 hour wait could use improvement. I arrived 10 minutes early and I think to wait 10-15 after my appointment time is reasonable but this wait exceeded that…disappointing since everything and everyone else was excellent!
