As always, I love love love the ladies here. They make going to the Doctor less stressful and more like talking with a friend. They’re great with my son, know us by name (which makes me feel like we matter), and I cannot say enough good things about this group. We moved a good 30+minutes away and I refused to switch offices. There’s no one else I’d rather go to for my family’s care.

Making an appointment is some challenging. I have gone to Novant for a long time. When I was very sick. My 02 stat was 62. I couldn’t get an appointment. I think you should have open times for regular patients. I will say Lauren and her staff are amazing.

I have been at another system for many years, nice but didn't pursue symptoms, long as my heart was fine they didn't worry about anything then after 12+years complaining they ordered chest xray, pcp said looked fine but that didn't agree with radiology read I had enough. Lauren and team are working hard to solve my issues. Only 1 mile from my home. Everyone was super sweet and caring
