The nurse that took me back to my room was so unprofessional. When asking about my medication, she noticed something I'm taking that she doesn't like and proceeded to tell me why it's bad, why she couldn't take it, what medical reps say about it, etc. This went on for 10 minutes! I don't know her name, she didn't tell me nor did she have name tag. No a fan if this person.

I’m thankful to have Yadkin Medical Assoc. nearby. They have always provided great care when needed.
