I loved Dr. Kerra Jackson PA-C!! This was my first time with Novant and she was very sweet and listened to every need I had.

My experience was great.

I appreciate that each person I spoke with during scheduling and the appointment was extremely professional and caring. I feel that this practice is the best I have been to and will continue to work with to ensure my health is well taken care of.

The PA was phenomenal, she was very attentive to my concerns and did not hesitate to do all that she could to address my issues. The Nurse who assisted me was very kind, professional and went above and beyond to help me with my needs and listening to me. The admin supervisor was really kind and helpful from making the initial appointment to assisting with my visit. This was my first time visiting, my appointment was made with Kierra Jackson. Absolutely pleased with her. From the time I walked in the front desk was pleasant, the waiting room was clean, the nurse who helped me was great, and then Kiarra Jackson was great. I felt like she listened to me with my concerns, she helped guide me and reissued I was on the right path. So happy I have found a primary doctor as well as staff that was amazing!

Kerra, my PA, has the best “bedside manner” that I have encountered in a while. She was patient and attentive. She was obviously aware of my patient history and medical file. I was grateful that she asked pointed questions about my health, instead of just taking my history and then hurrying me out of the door to see her next patient. I trust my healthcare in her and her staffs hands.

I came in for bad headaches that wouldn't go away never had to take blood pressure meds before I was scared!!! But everyone mainly my doctor and nurses was very warm and concerned when I got home I took the meds and my headache is gone I already recommended my husband!!
