Courtney is beyond awesome! She listens so carefully. She really pays attention to what's going on and tries to help in any way she can. She has taken over my thyroid to make it easier on me. She really makes me feel important to her and the practice.

I love my Novant PA Courtney Hines. She is one of the best doctors I have had and I have tried a lot of different doctors offices. She is caring and always remembers myself and my husband and shows care and concern for us.

The PA that was looking over me did a fantastic job listening to all of my concerns and addressing every single one of them. I think shes going above and beyond to make sure we get to the root of my issues and take action to start the healing process. The wait times in lobbys have been minimal and it has made for a quick and pleasant experience. The customer service team was proffesional, quick and friendly. It makes for a good start for the visit. The x-ray people were friendly, fast and knowledgeable and answered all the questions i had without seeming frustrated. It only took 25 minutes in total to check in at my primary, drive to the outpatient section of the ER, and get a chest xray. 10/10
