Dr. Chalk is detailed, thorough, professional, friendly, attentive, caring and compassionate. She is an outstanding physician.

Dr. Chalk is always patient, kind, and caring. She makes the time to speak with you to see how you're doing and doesn't act like she's working on an assembly line like some doctors.

The nurse named Venus was amazing. I wish there were clones of her working all over Novant health. She was so cheerful and friendly and easy going. Made me feel like a real person and not just a number. THANK YOU VENUS!

The assistant, Venus, was awesome! They were starting an updated computer system and she was meticulous that she get it right. She was sweet, comical and she showed she cared. Dr. Kristin Chalk ranks at the top of any provider I have ever seen. She shows she cares as she is listening, engaged in the appointment and addressing any thought or concern I may have. Her body language allows as much time as needed so you have time to process what she says and think of follow up questions. All providers should have the freedom to do the same. I absolutely love Dr. Chalk and her Medical Assistant, Venus. They are both truly compassionate about their profession and care about their patients. Dr. Chalk gave me the biggest hug that I didn't even know I needed in a moment of sadness and just getting things off of my chest. She listened and offered solutions to my concerns. That moment meant more to me than my words can even begin to express.

The wait was extremely long. Now , had I been late by 10-15 minutes they would cancel my appointment. There's no reason a 9am appointment should be there 15 minutes early and then wait 1 hour. No excuse .

The staff and providers are always so attentive. Seamless experience from check-in to departure. Dr. Chalk is top tier! Thank you.

It took 40 minutes to see the doctor. When she came in she apologized for the wait and explained that it was due to another patient showing up late and squeezing them in. It was frustrating that I showed up on time but had to wait because someone else didn't. I get that it happens but that explanation didn't make me feel better.
