Great experience. I came in for my annual wellness visit and was greeted upon arrival. Check in was quick and called back shortly after. The entire visit was smooth. The nurse that administered my vaccine was great, it was quick and painless. My doctor is caring and thorough. Best blood draw I've ever had has came from here. Quick and almost painless. I have recommended to family and coworkers

I picked this office for the convenience of travel from my home, however I’m staying with this practice because I feel that my health and best interests are totally taken care of. I’m so glad I chose this practice.

Great teamwork and follow up by the folks at Sun Valley Family Physicians. As it relates to Novant’s Central Scheduling and the insurance letter process and coverage verification process for CT Scan needed as immediate follow up, that has been glacially slow.

I really like Dr Igbokwe and maybe it is a practice thing and not her personally, but I feel like I am requested to do more than necessary/frequent follow up visits and labs than I’ve ever had to at previous practices. It’s a huge strain on my finances.

Dr Igbokwe is wonderful. She listens, is kind, efficient, and thorough. The tech that took my blood sample was amazing! I hardly felt the needle and she was done in no time. Very professional.

This was my first visit at this location since my doctor of over 20 years retired. Everyone here was so nice and welcoming. I felt very comfortable from everyone the moment I walked in the door.

Everybody there is so personable from the time I get checked in and told the lady I check out with who’s also very personable. My only thing is I hate the scale the weight scale that is lol the doctors everybody there is fantastic.

We usually see James but Dr. O is a great caring Dr. I like her very much and I trust her skill and decisions. The best move we ever made was to make Sun Valley our healthcare provider. The entire team is like family and they show special care for us like family would.

Dr. O takes the time to talk to me as an individual and has gotten to know me. She is so kind, understanding, informative and knowledgeable.
