The doctor is professional while being kind compassionate and empathetic. She listens to what I have to say , she is actually one if the few physicians who’s after visit notes actually transcribes what I actually had said. That tells me she is listening to me and is through. I plan on being her patient as long as she’ll have me :)

Great teamwork and follow up by the folks at Sun Valley Family Physicians. As it relates to Novant’s Central Scheduling and the insurance letter process and coverage verification process for CT Scan needed as immediate follow up, that has been glacially slow.

I really like Dr Igbokwe and maybe it is a practice thing and not her personally, but I feel like I am requested to do more than necessary/frequent follow up visits and labs than I’ve ever had to at previous practices. It’s a huge strain on my finances.

This was my first visit at this location since my doctor of over 20 years retired. Everyone here was so nice and welcoming. I felt very comfortable from everyone the moment I walked in the door.

Everybody there is so personable from the time I get checked in and told the lady I check out with who’s also very personable. My only thing is I hate the scale the weight scale that is lol the doctors everybody there is fantastic.

We usually see James but Dr. O is a great caring Dr. I like her very much and I trust her skill and decisions. The best move we ever made was to make Sun Valley our healthcare provider. The entire team is like family and they show special care for us like family would.

Dr. O takes the time to talk to me as an individual and has gotten to know me. She is so kind, understanding, informative and knowledgeable. I feel that she has my best interests in my mind while treating me. I never feel rushed during our appts and I appreciate that she values the importance of mental health as much as physical health.
