Alexandria was very nice. She explained everything in detail with me and during my exam. She was real kind and considerate Thank you all for taking such good care of me. I really do appreciate it!!

I’ve had yearly exams since 2008 and Novant has usually contacted me to set up the next appointment. This did not happen this year. I had to set up appointment myself, which was followed through within reason. Hopefully this was a one time event.

Checking my pacemaker was fine & nurses polite and kept me informed. The room was so COLD I was brought a warm blanket to try & keep me from hurting so bad. I do NOT ever want to be scheduled with this PA again, which is another story within itself. I have been with this practice for years and this is the worst experience I have ever encounted.

The Dr. was extremely knowledgeable and respectful.....She was great and there were absolutely no problems......Always a good visit.
